Description

RWG is the leading global provider of approved maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Siemens-Energy industrial aero-derivative gas generators and power turbines.

We are authorised to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for Rolls-Royce marine gas turbines used for marine propulsion.

  • Ensure projects are well planned and prioritised ensuring mínimal disruption to the business.
  • Create clear and concise project documentation in an organised manner including risks and issues logs and regular project updates.
  • Lead the 5year business systems project plan for new and replacement systems ensuring delivery is on time and to budget and highlighting any risks.
  • Ensure all IT&S projects follow a consistent framework using standardised processes and tools.
  • Ensure projects dashboard is updated regularly, provide comprehensive updates on all project work to IT&S Management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure documented procedures for support handover are provided and training material for new solutions is available.
  • Ensure regular licence reviews are completed and any compliance risks are addressed and assist with any customer, financial and IT&S audits
  • Provide support and guidance to team members where required
  • Work closely with Infrastructure team lead on major IT&S initiatives and improvements
  • Ensure changes are always recorded using the change management process

Core Competencies/Technical Requirements:


  • Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with ability to meet strict project deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting technique and problem solver.
  • Ability to organise work for self and others while balancing changing priorities.
  • Well developed analytical and project coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build sound and sustainable relationships within the team, business, SMEs and supply chain vendors.
  • Experience with major ERP systems including Oracle Cloud systems and IBM Maximo.

Qualifications/Experience:


  • Prince 2 Methodology preferred.
