Under the guidance of senior staff, a nursery apprentice will provide the highest level of care and education for all children attending the setting.

Whilst gaining hands on experience in a high quality childcare setting you will be working towards a recognised childcare qualification with our Outstanding training provider.

The successful applicant must be prepared to study for Level 2 or Level 3 in childcare.


About the Role:

• To record children's learning and development journeys, and to then communicate these with parents, carers and other key adults
• To be actively engage in great team working
• To liaise with and support parents, carers and other family members
• To participate in the highquality care and supervision of all children
• To attend activities that are out of working hours (e.g. staff meetings, training, and events etc.)
• To work alongside the Nursery Manager & and staff team
• To ensure that EYFS is promoted efficiently and that its policies are followed correctly

Salary:
£6.00-£8.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
