Right now, the charity are recruiting for a Team Manager - Children and Teen Services to join those helping women and their children to live their lives free from abuse.


Here in the UK 1 in 3 women will experience domestic abuse in their lifetime and this charity supports those women and children in Nottingham experiencing or escaping it.


They are an ambitious and resourceful charity, passionate about helping women and their children move forward to live their lives free from abuse.

In a year, they answer around 10,000 calls on their helpline, support over 6,000 women and 260 children.


The role:


As an experienced Domestic Violence specialist you will effectively co-manage a high-quality team and support staff to work across risk levels with women, children and young people offering risk assessed, strength based, and needs led support.

You will ensurecompliance with contracts, funding agreements and quality standards and develop strong communication between your team and senior management.

Qualifications needed:

A relevant qualification (e.g. social work, management, group work training, IDVA, CAADA);
Management training or a willingness and ability to attend this training is essential.

Must be mobile/able to visit sites and work across sites as required.
