    Their services are easy to deploy, affordable, and scalable — from basic payroll and accounting functions to complete employer of record (EOR) solutions. We're seeking a strategic Global Solutions Consultant to advise clients on international expansion using our full suite of services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage with prospective clients to identify tailored solutions, advising on optimal country selection based on business needs and talent availability.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue for EOR, Global Payroll, and Entity Solutions.
    • Build and manage relationships with C-level stakeholders (CFOs, CPOs), navigating complex enterprise sales cycles to successfully close deals.

    Product Expertise

    • Stay ahead of global expansion trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings.
    • Guide clients through global entity setup, payroll, accounting, and HR compliance processes.
    • Offer expert counsel on international market entry, including tax incentives, corporate structuring, and operational efficiencies.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

    • Collaborate with marketing, legal, operations, and solution consulting teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
    • Design customized client solutions in partnership with internal teams to meet specific business goals.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data, delivering insights to support strategic decision-making.

    Requirements

    • Consultative & Strategic Thinker – Ability to understand complex global business challenges and provide tailored solutions.
    • Results-Driven & Goal-Oriented – Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong Relationship Builder – Skilled in engaging and influencing C-suite executives and key decision-makers.

    Experience & Skills

    • 8+ years in B2B Sales & Global Expansion – Strong track record in B2B consultative selling to international businesses.
    • Enterprise Sales & Client Advisory – Experience guiding organizations on market entry, tax incentives, and operational efficiencies.
    • Global Business Expertise – Deep understanding of payroll, accounting, HR compliance, and corporate structuring across multiple countries.

    This is a fully remote role with occasional travel required. Individual contributor role reporting to the Global Sales Director.
