Sacco Mann are currently recruiting for a conveyancing assistant to join a medium sized, commercial law firm at their office in Leeds.

If you're a conveyancing assistant that resides local to Leeds and can demonstrate a minimum of 1 years' residential salesand purchase experience then keep reading to find out more

As Conveyancing Assistant, you will be responsible for:

Taking new instructions and setting up files
Liaising with clients and third parties
Dealing with land registry formalities
Preparing files for exchange and completion
Assisting fee earners on exchange and completion
Post completion formalities
12 months' residential conveyancing (sales and purchase) experience
A cando attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
