What would your day look like?

  • You will be building relationships with managers and staff across the business; you will be providing accurate, timely and informative HR administration to the business in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • You will coordinate the on boarding from helping at recruitment stage to the vetting and hiring for the new starters.
  • You will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to deliver on key HR tasks, liaising with payroll, supporting probation and performance management processes, manage the vetting process, updating their HR system with accurate information.
  • Furthermore, there are opportunities to get involved in projects that support their 2023 HR Strategy.
What the role entails?

  • Demonstrable track record in administration would be desirable.
  • Highly motivated and driven to learn.
  • Experience and confidence in communicating clearly and concisely.
  • The ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly motivated, organised, proactive, enthusiastic, and resourceful.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise a variety of activities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to new challenges.
  • Confident working on own initiative.
