Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities:

As a Family Hub Performance, Impact and Data Officer you will report to Family Hub Programme Manager.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Family Hubs and Start for Life Delivery Plan.
  • Measuring performance and impact against Family Hub requirements.
  • Developing data systems which support the management information requirements for Family Hubs.

The purpose of the role is to:

  • Evidence performance, impact and maximising the use of data to improve outcomes for families who access Family Hub services.
  • Present statistical analysis reports and oversee the production of performance dashboards.
  • Work alongside Information Governance Lead to further develop the necessary data sharing arrangements, privacy impact assessments, privacy notice(s) and data protections under Family Hub programme arrangements and delivery.

Requirements:


  • A working knowledge of service standards and performance indicators.
  • Knowledge of national legislation, policies, statutory guidance, standards, and procedures relevant to this role within a local government environment.
  • Sound understanding of and ability to work in accordance with all Data Protection requirements and GDPR arrangements.
  • Experience working in a business intelligence/analytics environment in a development and support capacity.
  • Demonstrable experience of strong performance management skills and contributing positively to corporate and departmental performance monitoring requirements.

Hours of work: 36 per week / Monday - Friday


Contract type:
Secondment/FTC for 1 year


Recruitment and Selection Timeline:
