From £ 500 - £ 700 p/d - inside IR35

We are seeking a Lead Security Architect for our government client.

The role is hybrid, based between 2 days a week onsite in Corsham and the remainder of the week working remotely.

Security Clearance:
Developed Vetting (DV)

This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile/Responsibilities:

This is a new role helping to set up and manage the central security function and to provide security advice and assurance to the teams and projects.

Security Aspects of cloudbased systems
Cyber Security Knowledge
Governance, Risk, and Compliance experience in that area
Teams and systems
Manage and operate the client's central security governance, risk and compliance function
Lead on the assurance and continuous improvement of the security of the client's platforms, services and data
Act as a key security advisor to the client's digital delivery teams
Support, and lead elements of, directionsetting and growth for the client's security model and its future security capabilities
Contribute to the development of the technical community of practice across defence, and contribute to best practice and learning across digital delivery teams
Interact with senior stakeholders across departments
Reach and influence a wide range of people across larger teams and communities
Develop vision, principles and strategy for security architects for one project or technology
Work out subtle security needs
Understand the impact of decisions, balancing requirements and deciding between approaches
Produce particular patterns and support quality assurance
