Order Picker (LLOP / Voice Picker)

Grangemouth, FK3

£12.82 per hour, OT £17.77 per hour and BH £25.64 per hour

Immediate starts from Tuesday 5th December am - 6pm

Training required on week 1: 6am - 2pm, then from week 2 moving on to fixed back shift 2pm - 10pm


TM Scotland Grangemouth & Falkirk Industrial are very excited to be recruiting on behalf of a brand new client in Grangemouth that is urgently looking for experienced Warehouse Operators to add to the back shift team working 5 days out of 7.


You must be available to work weekends as your rota will always include 5 working days out of - Your two days off may not be together so you must be able to work any day from Mon to Sun.


Our client is offering in-house training to become a LLOP Voice Picker - The training will offer a 1 week settling in process that will cover a full induction for working onsite.

This will include company standards, health and safety procedures whilst working onsite and drug and alcohol awareness whilst working onsite.


What do you need to be considered for the Order Picker position?

  • Warehouse Operator / Picker / LLOP experience would be desired
  • An employment reference within the last three years
  • Good physical strength due to the manual lifting aspect of the job
  • LLOP or voice picking background would be extremely beneficial
  • A high level of care and pride whilst at work, ability to work well alone and as a team, as well as excellent communication skills.
  • Strong timemanagement skills (be punctual, meet deadlines, readjust priorities when unforeseen issues arise).
  • Attention to detail
