Our client, a premium brand agency is looking to hire an Associate Partner to deliver exceptional service and expertise to clients selling luxury property in Cardiff and the surrounding area.

As an Associate Partner you will have demonstrable experienceand success of appraising and listing property to high levels and standards and will be comfortable presenting to clients and building strong customer relationships.

Using your entrepreneurial and highly motivated approach, your primary role as an AssociatePartner will be developing your client base and prospecting for new business opportunities, securing instructions to grow your personal brand and market share, conducting viewings and encouraging offers.

You will receive a complete 'back office' service fromthe pre-sales and post-sales team and enjoy incredible admin support including the innovative and creative marketing of your listed properties.


Responsibilities for this Associate Partner role will include:

  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Presenting our clients range of services to very high standards
  • Securing listings and gaining your clients' commitment
  • Carry out viewings with potential buyers and encouraging offers
  • Refer business opportunities to our clients' preferred partners
