Scheduler / Planner

This family-owned business has enjoyed organic growth over the last few years - they have gone from strength to strength.

They are now seeking a Scheduler / Planner to join their existing team; this role is available due to promotion.

Our client is within theengineering sector and this position is an integral role which will help the workflow to the engineers in an efficient way.

Job Description:

Make sure engineers work planners are full each day inline with economical and time saving measures.
Liaise with customers regarding engineer visits and address any queries, providing resolution and investigation with excellent customer service.
To daily update the job status on the customer portal.
Be able to work in a fastpaced demanding role with constant collaboration with customers, tenants, and engineers.
Minimum 2 years Scheduling / Planning experience.
Excellent organisational skills.
Exceptional telephone manner.
The ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written form.
Excellent attention to detail.
The ability to work well under pressure.
To always promote a positive and professional attitude.
Self

- motivated and able to work under own initiative as well as within a team.

Willing to undertake further training/development within the post as required.

Desired:

Working knowledge of Sage accounts.
Administration and Customer Service Qualifications.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Salary:
£20,000 - £23,000 Per Annum
