Do you want to help people to overcome difficulties in their life, support them to make improvements to their mental health, understand and overcome trauma and empower them to thrive and live independent lives?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our supported accommodation services as a
Mental Health Practitioner.

This is a brand new role.

The post holder will provide targeted support to people living in our supported accommodation projects (SafeSpace and Be Free) ,who are presenting with moderate to severe mental health needs, such as depression, excessive anxiety, eating disorders, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, panic attacks, OCD and suicide ideation.

You will provide specialist, in-house interventions through intensive one to one and advocacy support with the aim of maintaining and reducing risk of escalation.
