We are looking for
Operations Assistants to work within our London attraction
:
The Crystal Maze Live Experience.

The Role

Whether it is welcoming our guests and getting them excited to dive into the world of the Crystal Maze, or working within the maze itself to ensure it is ready for its next challenger, our
Operations Assistants provide exceptional service to guests visiting our attractions.

Duties Include:

Greeting guests upon arrival and checking them in
Hosting within the maze and resetting our games
Upselling photos and retail items in our Box Office
Delivering health and safety briefings to our guests
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness across the attraction

We are looking for the following skills and experience:

The ability to work quick and calmly under pressure
A passion to engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

This role is permanent, based upon working on a rota basis across the week which can be very flexible.

Working hours are anything from 8am to midnight, with shifts to suit your lifestyle, and can be anything from 2 to 5 days per week.

A positive and flexible approach to work (weekend, evening and night-time work) will be required.
