First-Rate Maintenance (FRM) are experts in odd jobs and property maintenance across Tyneside and Newcastle.

FRM was established in February 2020. Our sister company, Walton Robinson, is an independent estate agent whose tenants regularly need something fixed.

We are property management and maintenance experts, with the knowledge and expertise to fix a wide range of problems, from general maintenance to full refurbishments.

We are looking for hard-working, friendly, enthusiastic and ambitious people to join our growing Facilities Management team. You will be responsible painting and decorating within residential and commercial properties across Newcastle.

If you have experience in painting and decorating then we would love to hear from you. It would also be preferable if you are able to put your hand to maintenance tasks also when required. We offer a competitive salary and inclusion in the company bonus scheme.

Hours of work: 40 hours per week to be carried out between 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

During peak months (June to September) these hours may fluctuate to suit the business needs between:8.30am - 9pm Monday-Thursday

8.30am - 5pm Friday

10am - 4pm Saturday
