Marketing Events Co-ordinator

Hybrid role - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.15pm

Basic salary up to £28,000 plus 15% bonus, excellent benefits, and progression available

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:15. Flexibility is required to work additional hours on events which will be reimbursed in lieu time.

This is a hybrid role working in the Crawley office 2 days a week minimum, the rest of theweek can be at home if you choose.


As a Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will be providing administrative support to all company events which range from large corporate events to well-known brand sponsorships, press conferences, webinars, exhibitions, roadshows and internal events.

Thisis an exciting and fast paced role where your responsibilities will be to:


  • Assist with coordinating all events, marketing plans and related CRM campaigns
  • Manage the SharePoint events calendar
  • Work with others in the team to develop digital marketing and social media content for all events
  • Input digital marketing and social media for all events
  • Liaise closely with external agencies to deliver events and to develop flyers, videos, promotional materials, brochures etc
  • General marketing administration & keeping a stock check of all marketing materials

Desired skills and experience:

  • Marketing or Events qualification is highly preferable
  • Experience in Marketing and/ or supporting events/ exhibitions/ conferences
  • Highly organised and able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good standard of education with excellent written and spoken English
  • Enthusiastic, proactive attitude
  • Strong team player
  • Must be willing to travel around the UK (3040% of the time) and must have a valid driving licence (company car will be provided)
