The Best Connection are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors in collaboration with well establish healthcare company, working in their brand new site. This position is based in South Marston and is easily accessible by public transport. Parking is also available on site

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is vital in ensuring excellent customer service to our patients concerning their optical health car.

Your contribution to the patient journey is providing essential aftercare support on the telephone and answering any queries that our patients, caregivers or advocates.

Responsibilities

Offering advice and guidance when directed to our patients regarding any aftercare queries
Training will be given
Managing patient/customer enquiries over a broad range of services, including responsibility for ensuring that further actions are taken or requested as appropriate
To ensure a 'seamless' service provided across service areas through effective teamwork, attention to detail and work management.
To take ownership of patient/customer queries and ensure a satisfactory resolution is achieved for both the patient and the company.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Previous experience in an optical role would be advantageous.
Selfmotivated and focused on achieving excellence in patient/customer care
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Computer literate and willing to learn inhouse systems
Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, teamwork, and professional judgement
