BRIEF OVERVIEW
A position for a Customer Service Agent has become available at a major Freight Forwarder with great prospects

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To meet service customers' requirements according to agreed SLAs effectively and in accordance with company quality procedures and statutory requirements

KEY TASKS
Input of Bookings from Customers

Customer liaison

Partner liaison

Key account management

Dealing with queries and complaints

Dealing with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Ensure customers' needs are met

Client retention

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Previous Customer Service experience coupled with knowledge of the Transport Industry

Be Customer focused with dedication in your service delivery to meet Customer needs.

Possess the ability to maintain positivity when working under pressure reprioritising workload where necessary.

Be reliable with the ability to multi task and have strong problem-solving skills.

Have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy.

Excellent IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly as required i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook

Excellent communication skills both verbal/written with a polite, courteous and professional telephone manner.
