Description

The Income Office is based in the Directorate of Finance and is responsible for the control, receipting and banking of income received by the University.

Income is received by post, at the counter, via the University's Departments, directly into the University bank account via direct credit transfer, by credit / debit card transaction and by a number of on-line pathways.


The Income Office is a fast moving working environment and good time management as well as arithmetic skills are required to ensure all income is processed on a timely basis.

The position involves working quickly and accurately as part of a team together with the ability to think proactively for the overall benefit of the Finance Directorate.

It will also involve maintaining the compliance of the University in the PCI-DSS scheme by monitoring our business as usual activities and any advising on any new projects.
