Wishbone Build, a dynamic, residential focused, design & build firm working in London & Home counties. We are currently looking for a very experienced Senior Project Manager/Architect to join their growing team.

This is an exciting role for a construction professional who has site based residential experience in refurbishment, extensions and basements projects.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR EXTENSIVE PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE ON RESIDENTIAL SITES AND ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE.

They manage each project for their client with the same standard of design and detail that they would their own developments.

DUTIES - HEAD of CONSTRUCTION:

• Overseeing Performance on Sites Portfolio
• Visit all sites in your portfolio on a regular basis and check check performance of other sites
• Ensure all sites are ran correctly, tidy, organised and H&S compliant
• Researching products, supplier quotes and comparing subcontractor competitive quotations
• Assisting technical aspects of schemes between architects, interior designers, engineers and contractors
• Set up project timeline schedules (ms project) and update weekbyweek
• Weekly client and project team meetings
• Prepare weekly plans and submit weekly reports to senior team
• Managing subcontractor relationships
• CDM awareness and site implementation

CANDIDATE PROFILE - HEAD OF CONSTRUCTION:

• Ideally PRINCE 2 qualitied (or similar Project Management Qualification)
• MUST HAVE ARCHITECTURAL EXPERIENCE
• Must understand construction contracts very well
• Residential construction project management and interior design experience is essential
• Very good knowledge of structural works and ability to read drawings
• Experience with construction of basements
• Good eye for finish and detail, trade/site background is ideal
• Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines
• Ability to develop trust and build strong client relations
• Good Excel skills, using formula and developing spreadsheets
• Dynamic selfstarter with a problemsolving attitude
• Health & safety trained, sitebased certificates desirable (CSCS/SMSTS)
• Full driving licence and own car/transport
• Ability to work from home and site

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£60,000-70,000 per year (OTE BONUS TO £100,000)
