This establishment are looking for a dynamic and forward thinking
Facilities Manager for a 6 month interim contract in the first instance.

You will be working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday - primarily based at their headquarters inSurrey.

A big part of this role is managing a large facilities team; checking works, directing responsibilities, keeping on top of PPMs, managing contractors etc, so you will be a go-getter, hands on, proactive in your approach.

They (the organisation) havea number of actions that need to be completed from a recent audit, so you will need to be on the ball and focused.

Occasionally you may need to travel to other sites in their portfolio, but this will be agreed in advance.
