Description
You will be a member of the Institute¿s Professional Services team working within the Institute¿s Finance Office.Based on the main Liverpool campus the Finance Office supports the procurement and finance activities of the Institute which is split across three sites, Liverpool, Leahurst and Aintree, Alder Hey and Liverpool Women¿s Hospital Reporting to the Institute Finance and Research Team Leader, this role provides valuable assistance to the finance Officers within the Institute¿s Finance Office and includes particular responsibility for maintaining financial documents, regular collection and filtering of internal/external mail and the maintenance of the Institute.
As well as placing orders (telephone, web, written), utilising University accounting software and systems, as well as maintaining financial archives.
You will have 3 GCSE¿s at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and Mathematics.More jobs from University of Liverpool
