Property Negotiator


Belvoir Lettings are an award winning UK Lettings agency and are currently seeking a Property Negotiator to join our busy team at our office in Lincoln.

You will be reporting to the Office Manager and will play a key role in maximising the number of residential properties let by the company, whilst maintaining a high standard of best practice and compliance.


The Role:


  • To ensure an up to date knowledge of the company legal statutory responsibilities
  • To arrange and carry out property viewings with potential Tenants
  • To be the first point of contact for all prospective Tenant enquiries
  • To take marketing photos and write description on all new property instructions
  • To effectively market properties and produce marketing material for the properties that are available to let
  • To provide a monthly report to the office manager on enquiry and marketing performance
  • To ensure all data is kept up to date
  • To cover the 'Front Office' and assist in other duties as and when required
  • To maintain knowledge of company fees, products and current legislation
  • To assist at all times in the Company ethos which encourages the development of employees and an environment of creativity and diversity
  • To participate in training as deemed appropriate by the employer
  • To uphold the good name and good will of the company at all times
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
  • Will have good organisational skills and effective time management
  • Ability to multi task and work with initiative under a minimum level of supervision
  • You will be trustworthy, outgoing, enthusiastic and proactive in your work
  • You will have excellent attention to detail and be able to accept responsibility and accountability for your work
  • Will be a flexible team player as well as keen for your own selfdevelopment
  • Must be smart in appearance

Other Details:


This is a full time position working Monday to Thursday 8:45am until 5:30pm, Friday 8:45am until 5pm (and every other Saturday 9am until 1pm).

28 days holiday entitlement (including bank holidays).

Full clean Driving License is
essential.
Must be able to start ASAP
