We are looking for a Talent Acquisition partner to join us until end of 2023 on a Maternity cover fixed term contract. This role would suit someone with prior in-house or agency end-to-end recruitment experience.
We're looking for a top performing Talent Acquisition Partner to join our award winning in-house Talent Acquisition team (we've recently won 'best large in
- house recruitment team' for the 2nd year in a row). As a key member of the team, you'll work closely with our leaders to develop and execute bespoke recruitment strategies across all functions for both professional and frontline roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best in class recruitment service for all internal and external fixed term contract/permanent requirements across functions.
- Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies for each individual requirement.
- Write and promote engaging internal and external advertising based on a thorough role briefing.
- Shortlist, phone screen, support assessments/interviews.
- Partner with Coordinators to effectively execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters.
- PSL management for business functions.
- Effectively manage commercial discussions with external agencies.
- Utilising input from SWP (strategic workforce planning) and key stakeholder relationships, build effective future talent pipelines where required with a clear "keep warm"/engagement strategy.
- Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager conversations.
Qualifications:
- End to end recruitment experience at mid to senior level working with professional hires (ideally with a similar sized corporate business).
- In house recruitment or agency background.
- Strong direct sourcing experience and building relationships with passive talent.
- Commercial/FMCG experience not essential but would be highly desirable.
- Customer focused and adaptable, with strong follow up and organisational skills.
- Consultative approach with a business partner mindset.
- Able to manage own agenda and effectively prioritise.
- Experience influencing functional leaders and decision makers.
- Ability to develop authentic relationships with a diverse audience.
- Collaborative and a team player.
- Results driven, seeks accountability.
