A great opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join our company. The company is continuously growing and we now require a full time Estimator, preferably experienced in Waterproofing.

You will need be an excellent communicator, ideally with existing contacts from within the industry.

Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

Location:

West Thurrock, RM20 - Office based, however there will be times when you will be required to visit sites.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering construction documents, specification, and other related documents.
• Engage with Clients to understand their needs & resolve queries.
• Sourcing quotations for both subcontractors and supply chain where required.
• To work alongside the Contracts Manager & Operations Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / skillsets

• Highly motivated with strong verbal and oral communication
• Team player essential
• Proven track record in estimating
• Good time management with the ability to achieve tight deadlines
• Works well under pressure
• Computer Literate and comfortable with Outlook, Excel, Word
• Full UK Driving License

Salary:
Up to £40,000.00 per year
