  • Wadebridge, Rock, Cornwall
- £26,000+ Gratuity c. £2.5K O/T paid

  • Independent Seaside Hotel
  • Multiple Rosette Restaurant
*In a nutshell*- Iconic, sumptuous, 20 bedroomed independent hotel, with a rosetted 40 cover restaurant, looking for an ambitious CDP who has an aspiration to work in a kitchen with at least two rosette level. Hotel extremely well financed.

*The Role*- Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the preparation of the food to maintain and further the reputation of the restaurant as one of Cornwall's true food destinations

  • Responsible for sections as required
  • Working with the freshest of local ingredients
  • One to one development with renowned Head Chef
*You*- Already an experienced, aspiring Chef de Partie looking for a kitchen where you can develop your skills

  • Strong background in the basics and an ambition to be the best
  • Proven record at Chef de Partie level in a kitchen of equal standing
  • An ability for problem solving and looking at things from a creative point of view
*Benefits*- Salary £26,000 + Gratuity c. £2.5K

  • Five day working week
  • Same two days off each week
  • All O/T paid

Salary:
£26,000.00 per year
