Responsibilities:

Role


Responsibilities include:
Supporting the quality control aspects of the project including checking online surveys, data and coding

Supporting the set up and running of the project by maintaining project management tools such as Change Logs, Issues Logs, Project Schedules, Quota Sheets and Fieldwork reporting

Monitoring fieldwork, schedules and activities to ensure that the project runs to spec

Supporting the management of third-party vendors (including costs, fieldwork, quotas and sampling)

Supporting the management of supplier invoices and other financials

Supporting the wider team with any training and implementing operational initiatives

Qualifications:
Experience needed for the role

Dedicated to quality, responsiveness with a focus on processes and efficiency

Excellent attention to detail

Ability to anticipate, communication and propose solutions

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi task and work on multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work directly with research vendors and with project financials

Project management interest

Team player, open-minded, communicational, proactive
