    Position Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and collaborating with technology experts to deliver exceptional value.

    • Identify potential clients within various sectors to expand market presence.
    • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and drive client engagement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and aligning our services accordingly.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and lead generation efforts.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Assist in the Bid Management process, including fee schedule preparation, proposal development, and presentation delivery.
    • Contribute to the development of the marketing / communications strategy.
    • Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights to the senior management team.

    Essential Qualifications

    Applicants must have experience selling in the commercial built environment sector, with extensive contacts among Senior Project Managers, CEO's, Architects, Interior Designers, and other key decision makers.

    • Proven experience in business development or sales - consultancy rather than product/hardware.
    • Strong understanding of technology trends and their impact on businesses.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Desirable Qualifications

    • Familiarity with the construction / property industry, architectural practices, IT, and Audio Visual industries.
    • Interest in Audio Visual / IT / Security technologies.
    • Educated to Degree level.
