Regarding your level of experience, new recruits could be considered either at the Assistant / Senior or the Manager level.

You may have completed or be ongoing with CTA or ATT studies, and of course this firm is happy to offer study support where appropriate.

The one essential prerequisite is that you will have a strong background working in tax in a practice environment due to the technical nature of the workload.
