Assembly & Wiring Cell Team Leader

Work allocation to cell resource.
Ensure achievement of cell production targets.
Ensure HSEQ requirements are implemented and maintained within the cell.
Capture and report issues impacting production within the cell.
Undertake assembly & wiring activities.
Interface with other cells and stores to ensure operational requirements.
Review cell KPI's and agree/support implementation of corrective actions.
Involvement in preproduction design reviews to capture industrialisation issues.
Involvement in return of experience reviews.
Identification & implementation of continual improvement activities within the cell.
