Our client, a leading Nottingham brokerage, is seeking to appoint an additional member of staff to its existing personal lines team in a hands on team leader capacity.
Alongside the duties below you will also be expected to guide, mentor and support your team of 4 personal lines account handlers.
Duties for the Personal Lines Team Leader:
- process new business
- deal with queries
- handle mid-term adjustments
- discuss products with clients
- handle counter enquiries
- monitor and guide your team
- conduct annual appraisals
Experience for the Personal Lines Team Leader:
- experience of working with personal lines insurance products
- some exposure to team leader responsibilities (ideal, not essential)
- excellent communication skills
- lateral thinker
- strong IT skills
- Good technical knowledge
