GTM are a social housing maintenance specialist in the Merseyside area.We are looking for an experienced office supervisor with knowledge of social housing to manage the daily operations
- Taking a high volume of calls regarding repairs/maintenance issues
- Planning/scheduling workloads
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Liaising with Subcontractors and Clients
- Issuing P.Os
- Work with management and operatives in a professional manner to help the smooth running of the department.
- Setting daily task for team
- Taking responsibility for the daily running of office
