Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker in Northamptonshire. The role is based in Kettering general hospital.


We are looking to recruit highly motivated Qualified Social Workers for our Adult care services team who will be able to assess effectively and manage a fast paced work environment.

For this position, you must have A degree or masters in Social Work (or any other recognised equivalent qualification)

  • Social Work England registration
It is desirable that you have 2-3 years post qualifying experience and must be fully AYSE qualified.

  • Providing a high standard of social work to customers arising out of the Hospital Adult Social Care Team's duties and powers under legislation and in accordance with divisional and area policy, procedures, guidelines and the standards for all social workersregistered with Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC).
  • Operating within an integrated service, to provide individualised, outcomesled, personalised support, based on structured, individual assessments that inform the setting up and commissioning of appropriate packages of support.
  • To identify unmet needs, safeguard, identify, promote, develop and challenge appropriate services and resources in order to meet the needs of customers and contribute to the development of the service.
