We are looking to appoint a Maintenance Assistant within the maintenance team.

The role will report into the Estates Manager and will involve carrying out routine and planned maintenance work to maintain and improve the facilities, buildings and groundsto ensure a first class living and safe working environment for the residents, students, service users and staff of David Lewis.

This includes general repair jobs, moving and handling of equipment and materials and supporting other qualified tradespersons.
