Salary:
Up to £44,200 dependent on skills and experience

Test Equipment Support Engineer:

Atlas Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Test Equipment Support Engineer on behalf of our prestigious defence client. As a Test Equipment Support Engineer, you will be working within the In-Service Support Team. This role will see you working with UnderWater Weapon, Naval Ships and Avionics in a test and calibration capacity

TheTest Equipment Support Engineerwill:

Be responsible for the maintenance and calibration of a wide range of production test equipment and thermal chambers, including repair and upgrade.
Diagnose a wide range of complex Special to Type Test Equipment
Calibrate and Maintain equipment in accordance with defined Calibration Schedules /instructions.
Use a wide range of complex proprietary test equipment.
Support and assist in the training of personnel.
Carry out Earth Bond and Insulation testing using equipment including Portable Appliance Testers.

TheTest Equipment Support Engineerwill:

An understanding of a wide range of technical disciplines such as analogue, digital, RF and microprocessing etc.
Have electronic or electrical experience.
Understand and comply with all relevant Business Management System (BMS) procedures.
Understand and comply with business SHE policies.
Hold a technical related qualification to HNC / HND level or equivalent experience.
