As the Openreach Coordinator you will be playing a pivotal role in the future growth and management of the business.
Reporting directly into the Full Fibre Openreach Manager, you will be joining at the start of a very fast paced and exciting growth phase of the business with lots to get stuck into.
We're looking for someone who can.
- Work with the teams on the ground and in the office to coordinate rollout of our ultrafast infrastructure.
- Administer infrastructure reservations in liaison with the planners, Surveyors and build team
- Be responsible for the tracking of all Network Adjustments (NA's) through both FullFibre and onto Openreach
- Work with the build teams both sub contractor and direct labour to ensure forms are raised correctly and escalated correctly into Openreach
- Report against Openreach performance in all areas, driving builds through from planning to submission in order to gain access the Fund as managed by Openreach
- Keeping company systems up to date to ensure accurate progress tracking of orders and projects.
- General administration of supplier updates.
- Support the other Build Admin roles to ensure continuity
The right person will
- Have good eye for accuracy and acute attention to detail
- Be a decisive thinker and able to analyse information quickly and use it to make robust decisions.
- Ideally have direct experience/exposure in a telecoms or a utilities based business
- Be flexible to work in an quickly evolving company
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- 2 + years experience in a Coordinator role with evidence of understanding of the requirements to work for a Utility business with Code Powers
- Competent with MS Word, MS Excel and web platforms
- Fibre delivery and/or a telecoms understanding is advantageous
- Ideally working knowledge of the Openreach PIA product
- Negotiation Skills and ability to talk at the correct level with all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong academics and demonstrable experience working under pressure in a fastpaced role
