Accuro Environmental are proud to be experts in the servicing of Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance, Arboriculture, Street Cleaning and Waste Management contracts.
Designed to deliver, they have brought together some of the most experienced and capable talents to provide a first-class choice for the environmental services industry.
To strengthen their existing team, they are currently looking to employ a dedicated Area Supervisor, to assist the Contract Manager with the Cleaning contract in Hertfordshire area.
Your duties will include:
- Managing all aspects of your contract business safely and efficiently, maximising profitability through the completion of work within the agreed program schedules and within budget
- To ensure that you and your team provide an outstanding level of customer service at all times
- Driving continuous improvement
- Health & Safety responsibilities
- Responsibility for management, motivation, performance, training, and support of Cleaning Operatives
- Ensuring that method statements and risk assessments are followed as required
- Gain an indepth knowledge of all contract documentation, including all specifications, to enable work to be carried out in the appropriate manner
- Initiate, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers and suppliers
- Other tasks as required in accordance with the needs of the business
Key Skills & Qualities needed:
- Experience in supervising staff and performance
- Experience in working with clients including face to face meetings
- Experience in preparing schedules and quotes
- Computer literate to a good standard
- Driving licence is essential for this position

Job Types:

Salary:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
