Worksolv are a Reactive Building Maintenance firm based in Manchester that has recently been taken over by new management.

Founded in 2008 we have focused on providing a high quality, customer focused service which has led to rapid growth year on year.

We offer a planned and reactive maintenance service and attribute our success to individual accountability, value for money and a sound understanding of client needs.

We have just succeeded in obtaining additional work streams and are looking to recruit experienced building tradesman to join our team, working in and around the North West area.

• Roofing Including, Felt, Slates, Facias, Flat and Membrane
• Joinery
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrical Works
• Beneficial but not required
• Groundworks
• Block paving, Concreting, Tarmac Works, and Drains
• Beneficial but not required
• General Building
• Bricklaying, Wall and floor Tiling, Plastering, Rendering.
• CSCS card is required

£24,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
