Title:
Charity Events Officer for a Disability Charity

Location:
Hybrid home working in the Head Office near Euston Station (NW1)

3-month temp role with the high possibility to extend to 6 months. Contract

ASAP start

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a variety of 3rd party events from start to finish.
  • Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Work with the Media and Communications department to maximise opportunities to tell supporter stories internally and externally.
  • Write and deliver inspiring and creative supporter stewardship journeys across multiple channels to maximise supporter experience.
  • Represent the charity at external events and ensure the public enjoy an excellent experience.

Requirements:


  • Experience of running events from start to finish.
  • Experience of delivering marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of project management.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines, organise and prioritise workload effectively.
  • Experience of managing event logistics and working with event organisers.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
£17.00-£19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
- charity: 1 year (preferred)


  • Fundraising: 1 year (preferred)
  • Events management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
