TPP are recruiting a Business Operations Officer for our client, a leading educational institution dedicated to providing top-quality assessments.

The Role:As a Business Operations Officer (Assessment), your primary responsibility will be to efficiently deliver day-to-day services to learners, with a particular focus on assessment. You will work closely with the Business Operations Manager and other team members to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey. Your role will involve utilising systems and processes effectively to maintain high-quality assessments and providing exceptional customer service when required.
Responsibilities:
***- Provide information and guidance to educational centres, ensuring learners are admitted to examinations or assessments with a clear understanding of the process.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by handling examrelated enquiries and escalating issues when necessary.
- Effectively utilise processes and systems to enhance customer service standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Organise and administer examinations across the qualification portfolio.
- Allocate examiners appropriately for exams and facilitate the marking process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, distributing workloads to ensure optimal team performance.
- Assist in the production of exam papers, marking sheets, and the maintenance of Question Banks using exam software.
- Monitor exam equipment stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Process orders and payments for certificates, certificated letters, and badges.
- Contribute to the development of new assessment methods when required.
- Provide support for relevant Committee meetings when necessary.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information shared within the organisation.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong administrative experience, ideally in an educational setting.
- Comfortable working effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using office systems and processes.
- Attention to detail, time management and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to represent the organisation professionally and competently.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
