TCH Group are expanding and are hiring for a
Team Leader on one of our new and exciting Outbound Utilities Sales campaigns.

If you have a passion for Sales and driving agents to achieve the best results then this could be the role for you


Hours (37.5 per week):


  • Monday-Thursday: 9.00am5.15pm_
  • Friday: 09.00am 4.00pm_
(Occasional later finishes may be required dependant on business needs)


Salary:
£22,620 - £23,400 Per Annum _(plus bonus)_


Your role as a Team Leader

  • You will have full control over a team of 5 agents (We are expecting this to grow rapidly)
  • Conduct team meetings and briefings
  • Provide feedback to agents
  • Resilient and determined attitude
  • Liaise with clients directly
  • You will drive the teams performance in both Sales and Quality
  • There is a strong element of reporting involved, so you'll need to be comfortable with Microsoft Office
  • Coaching and development of new and existing team members
  • Previous experience in sales is essential
  • Previous Team Leader experience preferred
