Therapie Clinic has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team based in London, this is a _12-month Fixed Term Contract position.

_ Responsibilities_
- Support & execute a bestinclass Talent Acquisition Strategy to include Attraction, Selection and Appointment Processes.
- Create a longterm talent pool for each business area.
- Identify and implement new ways to attract talent to Therapie Clinic, as well as expand Therapie Clinic talent reach internationally.
- Leverage recruiting data to provide status updates and hiring metrics for weekly & monthly reporting purposes & reporting and data analysis for the function.
- Collaborate with wider People teams to assist in sharing insights and ways to develop strong employee retention and development strategies.
- Participate & lead PR activities including the development of relationships and networks with professional associations, colleges and business organisations.
- Attend interviews when required and provide guidance to managers on interviewing best practices.
- Act as Brand Ambassador for Therapie Clinic & continuously promote company's reputation for 5star service.
_ Know what we are looking for_
- Successful track record leading or mentoring a team to deliver quality output in a fast pace and highvolume recruitment environment.
- Experience in leading fullcycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding initiatives.
- A strategic thinker with a positive and cando attitude.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a trusted advisor.
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Excellent problem solving, collaboration, organisation and communication.
