Do you have CRM analysis experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid job? If so, we want to hear from you Harnham is looking for a skilled and dedicated CRM Analyst to join our client's welcoming and committed team.

This full-time CRM analysis role isbest in Manchester and offers remote 1st working as well as an attractive salary of up to £40,000 and fantastic benefits.

As a CRM Analyst, you will work closely with the company's retail team and the whole CRM function to understand the success of multi channel campaigns.

Specifically you will need to:

Use SQL to conduct analysis on segmentation, profit loss and campaign success
Work with senior stakeholders to understand briefs, build campaigns and provided detailed evidence of where you have aimed to target specific audiences
Drive campaign activity and enhance customer experience as well as highlight ne areas to gain business through campaign activity

In return for your passion, collaborative approach and commitment, you will receive a salary of £40,000 and the following benefits:

An annual bonus potential of 15% of your salary (based on company and individual performance)
