Job Purpose
To support the development, implementation and management of ANA Treatment Centres in accordance with its overall aims and objectives.

To ensure the delivery of the services is undertaken with full team involvement in a co-ordinated way, linking fully to the programme objectives and the treatment and care offered to individuals at ANA.

Main Duties

Accompany clients off site for shopping or walks as required
Assist with planning events for the clients
Record any client intervention on their daily notes or in the hand over book
Ensure accident book completed as necessary
To complete room checks when required with senior peer
Ensure clients carry out their therapeutic duties at the specific times
Liaise with line management and keep appraised of any concerns or issues
Assist with drug testing or breathalyser testing as required
Ensure centre rules and client boundaries are maintained at all times.

Additional Duties

Attend supervision with line manager as requested
Attend training as required
To work flexibly as part of a team

Responsibilities
To provide a supportive environment in which clients can continue to believe in themselves.

To be aware of the code of ethics at all times.

Work at all times within the organisations policies and procedures including those relating to confidentiality, equality and diversity, harassment and protection from abuse.

When working nights this is a waking night shift.
