Immediate OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced D&I Partner to work on an interim basis until April 2024 for one of our clients - a large global bank, based in Central London.
Working in partnership with the Head of Diversity and Inclusion, your main responsibility will be to implement the Group's Diversity & Inclusion strategy across Europe, Middle East & Africa.
In order to perform the key duties of the role, you will be required to build effective relationships and provide expertise to a wide range of people including, but not limited to:- Business leaders across the group both internationally and within the UK.
- Wider HR team including HR Business Partners, Global HR Department and the D&I team in Tokyo
- Internal EMEA Committees e.g, Diversity and Inclusion Steering Committee, Talent Review Forum
- External vendors and networking groups
