Claimont Health is a CQC registered unique mental health service provider in the private sector, predominantly providing person centred, holistic services to clients who prefer to be treated in the comfort of their own home.

We offer a tailored service, providing highly skilled mental health professionals to complement clients needs.

We are looking for high quality, dynamic and experienced Mental Health Team Leader / Senior Support Workers who have experience working with individuals with Autism, Personality Disorder and eating disorder You will need to be able to provide all round support within an acute setting to join our team on a permanent basis.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for line managing Support Workers within the team, providing advice, support and training, along with undertaking regular 1-1's and appraisals.

This role consists of working a shift pattern to cover 24-hour care.

What do we need from you?

1 2 years or more experience as a Mental Health Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant or Nursing Assistant
Experience working with individuals with an Autism & Eating disorder
Flexibility, maturity, independence, and the very highest professional standards
Commitment to delivering client specific care
Adaptable approach to support client and family members
Ability to maintain clear professional boundaries within a home setting
