Metroweigh are leaders in high quality weighing solutions and inline inspection systems. We are a family run business of 45 years and are expanding to support the company growth plan. Metroweigh specialise in the food manufacturing industry, along with pharmaceutical and freight forwarding.


We are employing a Customer Support Specialist - B2B, who will act as a pivotal point of contact between our team and our business customers.

This role requires interpersonal skills, to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.

This position offers great potential to shape this new role, gain experience and expand with the business.


Duties

  • Build on strong B2B customer relationships
  • Provide customers product information and advice
  • Handle customer queries
  • Process customer orders accurately
  • Answer service requests
  • Plan engineers schedules and assign jobs
  • Ensure pricing and lead time information supplied is accurate
  • Provide project support to the engineers on costings, lead times, customer liaison
  • Work with Operations Manager to ensure processes are implemented and are effective
  • Maintain parts price list on database liaising with service manager and suppliers to keep accurate
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Maintain workshop stock inventory
  • Generate leads from existing customers

This role is 100% based in the office at IG10.


Salary:
£23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
