They partner with their clients across the whole product lifecyclefrom strategic communication planning to content development, internal and external outreach across traditional, digital and social channels.

PR team is their collaboration epicentre, with over a third of their work being cross-discipline with their colleagues from other disciplines.


The Role


The Senior Account Director role continues to carry out many similar tasks as an Account Director whilst taking some responsibilities of the Associate Director role.

The role takes ownership for specific accounts whilst proactively identifying, challengingand seeking solutions to grow the team, the business and the agency.

The role will have significant experience across a broad range of therapy areas, meeting a range of client needs and the role holder will be comfortable they have the tools, skills, and experience to handle most conversations with client, without needing moresenior support.

The role holder will have experience in
managing teams and be able to make their own recommendations about how best to staff the business.

Whilst the role holder will be responsible for their own specific accounts, the role will give greater consideration to the agency as a whole and building businessacumen.


Requirements:

Ideally, you'll have experience in a similar role within a PR and Communication agency.

I am looking for a solid background working with pharmaceutical clients and demonstrable skills of working on a large variety of global projects and multiple accounts.

You'll also have experience managing direct reports and be able to build good relationshipswith senior management.

I am looking for exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills - and someone who'll be seen as a credible voice to both clients and internal stakeholders.
