Due to rapid growth over the last year, we are looking to expand our Recruitment Team by creating an Industrial and Logistics desk.

We are looking for driven, self-motivated, tenacious individuals who share our core values and are keen to join a successful company with serious growth plans.

We are looking for a consultant to focus on

• Industrial and Logistics

Main duties of the job.
New business sales with techniques including business development, networking, and marketing techniques.

Identify and capitalise on new opportunities in the market.

Develop and expand on existing and new client relationships with key decision makers.

Control and manage recruitment process successfully.


What are we looking for in our Recruitment Consultants?
Experience within recruitment

Proven track record of generating new business and uncovering opportunities.

Ability to work under pressure and exceed expectations.

An enthusiasm and drive to shape something yourself

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
+ Bonus scheme (after successful completion of probation)

Monday to Friday
