Company

Knowledge and experience working with flat roofing systems (felt, singleply or liquid)
Supervisor or management experience as a Contracts Supervisor or Foreman/Site Manager
SMSTS cardholder
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to build relationships with colleagues, subcontractors and clients

Key Responsibilities

Regular planned site visits to ensure contracts are set up and run effectively, safely, and are completed on time and within the agreed budget to the clients satisfaction
Liaise closely with contracts managers before, during and on completion of works
Fill in as Site Manager when required
Liaise with site operatives, subcontractors and colleagues with respect to ongoing projects both in person and via verbal and nonverbal correspondence
