Job Overview

You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote the company brand, products, and services to our target audience.

You will work closely with Sales, Estimating and Contracts internally and agencies and partners externally.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies that support business objectives
Work closely with Sales, Estimating and Contracts to understand the company's product and service offerings and develop marketing messaging that resonate with target audiences
Develop and manage marketing budgets
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights and adjust marketing strategies and tactics accordingly
Monitor competitor activities and source leads for the company
Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to senior management
Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to create compelling content, graphics, and collateral

Person Specification
You will be a highly motivated, driven individual who puts our customer at the centre of everything you do.

You will contribute to the growth and success of our business through your skills and experience and you will have:

Experience in a similar marketing role
A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
Strong project management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
The ability to work in a fast paced, and sometimes pressured, environment
The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
